Tommy, the owner of Dobson Homes, will ensure you never have unanswered questions by meeting with you on a bi-weekly basis to review selections and go over the job as a whole. Our support team is the best, we are always available to help you when questions come up and explain details. We are not just building a house, we are building your HOME and take great pride in doing so.
TOMMY & CHRISTINE DOBSON
Tommy & Christine are the owners of Dobson Homes. Tommy has over 20 years of experience building homes in Central Virginia, and his focus is on quality construction, reliable materials, and first class service. Tommy will meet with clients every other week at their home, answering questions and helping with selections first-hand.
Bill is Tommy's right-hand man. Bill helps oversee all of the current homes under construction and can be available to answer questions about materials and the construction process any time Tommy is out in the field. Bill has 10 years experience in the construction industry and is an excellent resource to Dobson Homes clients.
Sylvia handles the administrative side of Tommy's business. She schedules his appointments, keeps contract paperwork and selections updated on Co-Construct, and coordinates between Tommy and his clients throughout the building process.
Sasha is a residential real estate agent and represents Tommy as his marketing and sales agent. She will help determine the needs and criteria of our clients and will coordinate meetings, price lists, contracts, change orders, and timelines between clients and the Dobson Homes team. Her goal is to ensure excellent customer service and a first class experience.
Kelley's primary role is to coordinate as liaison between the clients and Dobson Signature Homes for day-to-day communication when Tommy is out in the field. Kelley is available during all business hours and may often be the best person to contact for a quick question or to relay information to Tommy. He knows all of the details of the contract and selections, and is available as a resource about both.
Amelia is responsible for all of the marketing materials, website, social media presence, professional photography, design and branding and post closing follow-up for Dobson Homes. Amelia can also be reached during business hours and is available for questions and to relay information to Tommy and his team.
