In the design presentation meeting, we will help you formulate these ideas into a cohesive plan. As we discuss options together, our previous work will give you a clear vision of cost and timeframe. Some things you might consider bringing to the meeting include your list of your must-have items, as well as the ideas you dream of incorporating if the budget allows. You will also want to bring sketches, graph-paper drawings, inspiration photos, and any other documents that will help us design your project. Specific decisions about colors and shapes will come later.
At this point, you will choose the type of materials to be used so that we can finalize the price. For instance, will the flooring be ceramic tile, carpet, or hardwood? Will the exterior be brick, stone, or siding? Based on the information you bring to us about your lifestyle and preferences, we will make recommendations for budget allowances that should afford you the quality and style of finishes that you will be very happy with.
